8 Signs That Show You May Be Affected by OCD

But unfortunately the thought still appears.

4. Counting

You have the mind to calculate something on what you do with a certain pattern. This behavior can be caused by a superstition like the assumption that the number seven is good. Then you will feel anxious or afraid if you do not do seven steps at a time.

5. Too organized

You make the arrangement too perfect as it should feel right, it should be really symmetrical, and should be with the right amount and position. You are influenced by thoughts about order, excessive order.
If you feel helped by this behavior this may not be a problem but it will be a problem if your behavior bothers you and discourages your productivity. Because you really do not want to do that but feel compelled to do it to remove the anxiety from the obsessive mind.

6. Fear of evil

Everyone is generally afraid if a crime happens to them. But if the mind is anxious and afraid of this crime is excessive and really annoying, it could be a sign that someone exposed to OCD. 7. Looking for certainty

8. Apologize over and over
